Call Centre Agent
Salary: $3000 - $3500
Working Days: 5 Days (Mon-Fri)
Working Hours: Rotate shift (9am-7pm/ 10am-8pm)
Working Locations: One Sim Lane (Aljunied) / Changi
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound collection calls in a call centre environment.
- Follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely action is taken to achieve
- collection targets on behalf of clients from the financial institutions, telcom
- support service providers, healthcare & commercial portfolios.
- To adopt collection best practices & apply relevant collections strategies to
- enhance effectiveness.
- Arrange & negotiate payment with customers.
- Perform administrative duties, enquiries & account monitoring.
- Update & maintain the credit collection system.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
