- Working Hour: 09:00am - 6:00pm
- Salary: $2,800 - $3,300
- Location: Macpherson
Responsibilities:
- Provide sales administrative support to ensure business transactions closure from sales orders through preparation of orders, invoices and provide verification and follow-up to ensure timely delivery of shipment at all times
- Coordinate, prepare, monitor and constantly follow-up on order statuses and delivery schedules with overseas companies, suppliers and customers
- Ensure accurate and timely data entries into the necessary systems and distribution of documents to the respective parties
- Handle transaction enquiries, resolve and report operational issues promptly
- Provide support to Salesperson
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management from time to time
Requirements:
- Min Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, Functions and Formulae), Word and PowerPoint
- Able to handle 10-20 customers and a few thousands of items
- Proficient in SAP system is advantage
- Preferably min 2-3 years working experience in related field
