Responsibility
- Directly manage district managers across the Asia Pacfic region and Japan RSS sellers
- Manage to and develop business plans to enable and accelerate sales growth
- Develop strategies to drive ARR growth for the Asia Pacific renewals and services organization
- Effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, peers, and executive leadership team
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities to help drive, motivate, and develop remote sales organization
- Disciplined management of a renewals process including forecast activities, funnel management, and KPIs to ensure success and achievement of sales targets
- Ability to articulate and demonstrate (at a high level) Keysight’s value propositions to customers at all levels within their business
- Effective and professional communications
- Drive/ support change management and related communications
- Ability to drive operational efficiency to streamline the sales cycle to maximize productivity
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in management and sales or renewal / service sales
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and collaborative problem-solving skills, business judgment and financial acumen
- Highly motivated and professional, with excellent verbal, communication, presentation, and social skills
- Demonstrate sense of urgency with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic scheduled approach to leading a team; driven by disciplined execution and proactive proven sales methodologies and mentality
- Goal Driven with strong relationships inside and outside the company and drives for robust partnerships and collaborations cross-functionally
- Win-win attitude with sound judgment and resource management
- Works collaboratively with Keysight leadership teams, Keysight business centers, marketing and delivery teams to maximize business results and create growth opportunities
