- Documentation checking & safekeeping (Updating of Signatories, verification & safekeeping)
- Limit implementation, revision and cancellation in system
- Management and Regulatory Reporting (Tracking & updating of outstanding documents & expired collaterals)
- Support Head of Agency & Solutions in the day-to-day control and monitoring for the Loan Agency function.
- Support Front-Office business lines in the pitching of Agency mandates.
- Manage the administration of syndicated facilities where the bank acts as the Facility Agent, Security Agent, or Account Bank
- Coordinate and facilitate the operational matters that may include utilization requests, rate-fixing, rollovers between the borrower and the lenders.
- Track loan movements and ensure that principal repayments and loan interest are received on their due dates for distribution to the lending syndicate
- Facilitate the receipt and distribution of Arrangement Fees, Upfront Fees, Commitment Fees, and other related fees between the Borrower and Lenders as needed.
- Handle and liaise with the Borrower and Lenders on waiver / consent / amendment requests.
