- Possesses the skill,knowledge,and ability to manage public relation issues and general project queries with the resident effectively.
- Attending to residents' request and complaints by manning the information Centre counter and the information hotline.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filling etc.
- Minimum GCE "O" Level Certificate.
- Speak English and other offical language fluently.
