Job Description

· Provide administrative support to the Sales Team and the Marketing Team.

· Preparation of quotation/ sales order.

· Prepare Delivery Order

Requirements

· Required Language(s): English, Mandarin (Required to co-ordinate with Chinese speaking associates

· Able to start work immediately

· Team player with strong work ethics, initiative, strong communicating and negotiating skills and ability to multi-task under tight deadlines

· Self motivated and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
