Job Description
- Take ownership of product development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of products from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Facilitate product improvement by analysing opportunities to support product positioning and customer demand, to guide product development from concept to launch.
- Evaluate product functionalities and performance, develop and execute strategies to enhance customer experience throughout the e-commerce journey.
- Monitor sales performance and track key metrics, analysing data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Facilitate and foster cross-team collaboration across business stakeholders, including marketing, supply chain, and customer support to ensure seamless integration across all functions.
- Utilize customer data analysis to identify patterns, preferences, and pain points and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage customer accounts and provide support, addressing issues or concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction with the customer service team.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs, improve operational efficiency, and streamline processes.
- Research and analyse industry trends, technologies, and best practices in eCommerce operations, generating ideas and implementing relevant strategies to grow market share, improve customer experience and increase revenue and profitability.
Essential skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience as a digital product manager.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in customer data analysis and business intelligence tools.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English.
