Job Description:

We are looking for caring individuals committed to improving the lives of seniors in our community. You will manage and implement active aging programs based on our framework, creating a supportive and connected environment for seniors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize and oversee active aging programs at the designated center.
- Train and supervise volunteers to assist with program activities.
- Promote community development by recognizing seniors' strengths and fostering self-initiated support groups.
- Partner with community organizations to effectively meet the diverse needs of seniors.
- Work with internal departments to plan intergenerational activities.
- Coordinate events and outreach initiatives to engage seniors.
- Maintain accurate administrative records for reporting purposes.
Requirements:
- Minimum with a Diploma or Degree with preferably 2 years of experience in the Eldercare Sector.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, showcasing empathy, patience, and tact.
- Availability to work on weekends as needed.
- Physically fit to manage logistical tasks within the center.
- Service-oriented with proficiency in English, Mandarin, and/or dialects for effective communication with seniors and stakeholders.
- Competent in digital skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design tools like Canva
