Job Summary:

- Mon – Fri; 8:30am – 5:45pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Organizing marketing activities and product demonstrations.
- Providing technical support to product representatives, customers, and contractors.
- Developing and executing sales strategy to reach sales targets.
- Identifying and prospecting potential customers.
- Providing accurate quotations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Raise purchase requisitions and collecting payment from customers.
- Understanding and knowledge of the construction/building/architecture operating environment.
- Skills in material preparation, small group presentations, negotiation, customer service, and sales process management.
Additional Information:
- Min Diploma in Engineering/ Business
- Min 3 Years experience in Sales of Construction Materials
- Have technical knowledge on Access Floor Systems, Precast Concrete Wall Systems, Cladding Panel Systems, Fire Protection System, Acoustic Ceiling and Suspension Systems and Air- purifying plaster.
