Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational processes in the warehouse.
- Implement and maintain 5S practices in the warehouse.
- Carry out warehousing tasks, including inbound and outbound activities as well as cycle counts, efficiently and systematically.
- Perform visual inspections and report any discrepancies or issues with shipments.
- Assist the Supervisor in meeting all key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Execute general warehousing tasks such as maintaining database accuracy, conducting stocktakes, handling materials, and managing documentation.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted promptly.
- Engage in process improvement initiatives and their implementation.
- Strive for enhanced performance efficiency continuously.
- Lift goods weighing approximately 15-20 kg when necessary.
- Coordinate with external parties as needed.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be able to carry heavy objects and able to meet job demands.
- Proficient in using a computer, with familiarity in Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
- A forklift license and/or reach truck license is a plus.
