We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with experience in Java and web technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with enterprise-level systems and a track record of working with Agile development methodologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex systems, with a focus on high-quality code and efficient system design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Java-based applications using Java EE, SpringMVC, and other frameworks.
- Design UI layouts and handle backend development for large-scale banking and finance systems.
- Implement solutions using frameworks like Angular (2-8), JSP, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Conduct unit testing and work on automation testing using tools like Selenium.
- Work with Git/SVN for source code management, and use JIRA for issue tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to respond quickly to changing requirements.
- Perform integration testing with tools like Postman and SOAPUI.
- Participate in UI/UX upgrades and database optimization for banking solutions.
- Write and maintain complex SQL queries for databases like MariaDB, MySQL, and Oracle.
- Perform system upgrades and refactor code for better performance and scalability.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software development with Java EE.
- Proficiency in SpringMVC, Hibernate, Angular, JSP, and HTML.
- Familiarity with SQL, Linux, and shell scripting.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems.
- Hands-on experience with database management and optimizing SQL queries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of web service integration and message queue technologies like MQ.
- Minimum 4 years experience working with enterprise-level banking or finance systems.
- Strong understanding of design patterns and object-oriented programming principles.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
