Our client is an established freightforwarding company, based in West Singapore. They are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Support Executive to join their team.
Purpose of the Position:
- To complete quotations for customer enquiries.
- To coordinate with head office for global tenders.
- Manage vendors costs.
General responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Commercial and Business Process teams to implement new & existing Sales Initiatives in the country
- Identify administrative processes within the Country Sales Organisation and work together with the Regional Sales Operations Team to standardize and outsource these activities.
- Train new Sales People in basic Sales Processes and CRM processes.
- Proactively advocate and improve CRM Data Quality.
- Analyse Weekly / monthly sales data (Pipeline, Volumes, GP Return on Cost) and highlight need for action.
- Support Governance of Country Sales Incentive Plans including audit and review of Bonus & Commission payments.
- Support sales target setting process for Individuals within the country.
- Prepare management updates and reports for the Regional Sales Leadership Team.
- Support Sales Team while working on bids and submitting their proposals
- Work on ad-hoc requests by the sales team (e.g. sending out Quotations)
- Has some experiences doing telesales and very comfortable in daily customer interfacing.
Requirements:
- Experience of freightforwarding operation or commercial is highly appreciated.
- General understanding of the export/import operation
- Good communication skill
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Master on Microsoft Office Excel.
