1. Administrative Support:
- Managing Calendars and Schedules:
- Organize and manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritizing appointments and meetings.
- Schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring no conflicts.
- Remind CEO of upcoming appointments, tasks, and deadlines.
- Email and Communication Management:
- Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO.
- Draft, review, and send correspondence as needed.
2. Expense Management :
- Track and manage travel and other related expenses.
- Prepare expense reports for CEO.
3. Projects and Task Management:
- Assisting with Projects:
- Help coordinate and follow up on projects involving the CEO.
- Liaise with internal departments or external partners to ensure timely completion of tasks.
4. Confidentiality and Discretion:
- Managing Sensitive Information:
- Handle confidential information and ensure security protocols are adhered to.
- Maintain discretion when dealing with sensitive matters related to business operations or personal affairs.
5. Communication Liaison:
- Internal and External Communication:
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and Board members, other executives, staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Relay messages, decisions, or requests on behalf of CEO.
- Handling requests for counselling appointments with CEO:
- Replying to client’s WhatsApp request for counselling with CEO .
- Manage and coordinate clients’ appointments.
- Public Relations Assistance:
- Assist in managing the CEO’s public relations, including coordinating media appearances.
