Responsibilities
- Schedule, organize meetings [internal & external], sessions and agendas.
- Record and disseminate meeting minutes, ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Assist to prepare PowerPoint slides and reports for presentations.
- Support claims applications
- Assist with tabulation, track, update and generate manpower statics for reporting including staff movement / allocation
- Prepare documents for nurses’ interviews.
- Assist with new staff orientation.
- Assist with budget planning and analyzing Profit and Loss statements of the department/ wards.
- Assist in collating, analyzing and reporting department balance score card.
- Assist in event management such as Nurses’ Day, Team Bonding activities.
- Assist to maintain systematic and efficient operations in the department.
Requirements
- Degree in Healthcare management preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in related industries and / or preferably in healthcare.
- Proactive with a positive learning attitude
