Position Title: Assistant, Global Sales & Marketing
Job responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential US MNC companies in Singapore and Southeast Asia countries that align with our business objectives;
- Proactively reach out to prospective customers through various channels, including cold calling, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing and networking;
- Establish initial contact with potential customers and foster positive relationships;
- Be prepared to visit prospective and existing MNC customers to gain firsthand insights into their operations and requirements;
- Assist in the Global and Region RFQ process such as
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for air and ocean freight rates
- Follow up on RFQ interviews and clarifications from clients
- Monitor and analyse and update RFQ result
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required to support business development activities.
