Job Overview:

Our client is in is the automation industry, transforming the cleaning industry with advanced robotic solutions that tackle manpower challenges. Their innovative robots are already making a difference in 30 countries! As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Sales HelpDesk Manager to join their team.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Oversee and guide the Sales Helpdesk Team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and service delivery.

Sales Support:

  • Serve as the primary support for the global sales team, delivering timely answers and solutions to their questions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address issues and optimize workflows for the sales process.

Communication and Presentation:

  • Maintain effective communication channels with the sales team, keeping them informed about resources, updates, and best practices.
  • Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate strategies and insights to the sales team.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track team performance metrics to ensure high-quality service and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.

Knowledge Management:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, including FAQs and process documentation, to support the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or helpdesk role, with prior management experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
