JOB DESCRIPTION: ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Posting journal entries, updating financial statements, maintaining accounts receivable & accounts payable and preparing financial reports
- Handle full set of Accounts including Account Payable & Account Receivable, General Ledger Reconciliation and preparing financial reports
- Preparing Bank Reconciliation
- Generate Inventory Reports (if any) and Reconciliation
- Preparation and submission of Quarterly GST reports to IRAS
- Liaise and coordinate with auditors
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Accounts Manager
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in full set of accounts
- Minimum ACCA or Degree in Accounting
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel
- MYOB/ ABSS knowledge is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Hands-on and meticulous approach to work
- Hardworking & a team player
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager
