Job Description
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Conduct regular inspections toidentify potential issues.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Update logs and prepare maintenance reports.
- Oversee the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained and available for use.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair tasks.
- Supervise work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Participate in emergency response activities, including fire drills and building evacuations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec / Diploma in any Engineering / Building Services or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- No experience candidate with relevant Diploma are welcome to apply
