Position title: Sales Support Executive


  • Location: Chin Swee Rd
  • Working days: 5 days [ Mon - Fri ], Hybrid working is Negotiable
  • Working hours: 9am - 6pm

Company Overview:

We are leading trading and distribution company specializing in composites, chemicals and building materials. Our company is committed to providing high-quality products and services to a diverse range of industries, including construction, manufacturing and engineering.

Job responsibilities:

Sales Coordination:

  1. Key Account Management.
  2. Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
  3. Coordinate with internal departments (Such as logistics, procurement, and finance) to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
  4. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports for management and clients.

Customer Service

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing service and support.
  3. Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, escalating to the sales manager when necessary.

Sales Analysis and Reporting.

  1. Assists in tracking sales performance, preparing monthly sales reports, and analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  2. Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and other relevant information.

Marketing Support

  1. Support marketing activities by coordinating with the marketing team for profuct launches, events, and promotions.
  2. Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and samples to customers.

Inventory Management

  1. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure sufficient inventory is available to meet customer demand.
  2. Assist in managing inventory records and reconciling discrepancies as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in the trading, distribution, or related industries.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP/CRP systems.
  4. Knowledge of the composites, chemicals, or building materials industry is an advantage.
