Freelance Internal Auditors
As a Freelance Internal Auditor, your primary role will be to monitor and assess workout sessions, ensuring that all protocols are followed effectively. This position offers flexible availability and location, with on-the-job training provided before transitioning to an official internal auditor role.
Key Responsibilities
Safety Protocol Monitoring:
Observe and evaluate instructors and facilitators to ensure compliance with safety protocols. Conduct regular assessments of behavior and attire to confirm adherence to organizational standards.
Certifications and Equipment Verification:
Ensure that all necessary certifications are current. Verify the proper placement and functionality of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) and other essential safety equipment in collaboration with instructors and facilitators.
Session Feedback:
Provide comprehensive feedback on observed sessions, noting strengths and identifying areas for improvement.
Participant Safety Assurance:
Safeguard the well-being of all participants by proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks. Promptly report any incidents or near-misses and follow up on necessary corrective actions
Issue Escalation and Reporting:
Communicate any concerns or issues to the relevant coordinators for immediate resolution.
