About Our Client
Our client is a world-leading education player, which generates public policy ideas in Singapore and currently used as a research centre for all philanthropy related policies. They are currently expanding their newly created donation team and looking for a Fundraising Manager.
Job Description
- Increasing donations; identify and qualify prospective donors.
- Support fundraising through special projects/ initiatives and solicit gifts as appropriate.
- Conduct Donor research and build a fundraising pipeline.
- Conduct a review of donors/prospect and support efforts to forge new relationships to build visibility, impact and financial resources.
- Oversee the "thank you" process with the preparation of stewardship and endowment reports, consultation on donors recognition opportunities.
- Prepare all donors' stewardship reports to those providing endowed funds or whose gifts are for specific purposes that require outcome reports.
- Facilitate donor events, coordinate for invitations, speakers, F&B, guest lists, with internal and external parties.
The Successful Applicant
- About 3 years of fundraising experience in a
- Experience in Non-profit organization, Arts or education institute is a plus.
- Good research skills to thoroughly identify, assess, and engage potential prospects and donors.
- Good customer service, interpersonal and communications skills.
