- Working Days: Monday - Saturday (5.5 days)
- Working Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (weekdays), 8:30 am - 3 pm (Sat)
- Location: Clementi; West Region
Job Scope:
- Oversee and coordinate inventory purchasing to ensure optimal stock levels for business operations and on-demand batch production.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including FIFO and expiry dates, and provide weekly reports on inventory status and movement across business segments.
- Manage and update product-related documentation, specifications, packaging materials, and labeling.
- Conduct and manage incoming product inspections, sampling, and scheduled stock audits in cold storage.
- Plan and support cold storage warehousing, external storage, pick-and-pack processes, and 3PL/shipment logistics.
- Update and maintain product pricing, quality control (QC) inspection records, and traceability documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP, and CoC standards, and prepare documentation for annual audits.
- Assist with administrative tasks and other operational duties as required by the company.
