- Position: Operations Executive (Vessel/ / Maritime /Bunker Industry) - ALL WELCOME
- Location: Cecil Street (Nearest MRT - Raffles Place - 4 minutes’ walk)
- Working hours: 5 Days per week: Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Basic up to $5200 + AWS
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Bunkering industry
Main Responsibilities:
- Receive and allocating job orders to Cargo Officer.
- Timely liaising with agents and manage bunkers and terminal loadings.
- Maintaining an organized filing system, managing records, and updating databases.
- Planning the job schedule for smooth operations of the fleet on daily basis.
- Maintain close contact with ship agencies for timely updates.
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects, and activities as and when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training or degree in any field.
- Several years of experience in the maritime industry, with at least a few years in a bunkering industry with boarding experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, extensive knowledge of electrical systems and codes, ability to read and interpret blueprints, and proficiency in project management.
