Sales and Marketing Manager

Position Profile:

  • Play a significant role in the support of global sales development in lead generation activities.
  • Manage and analyses of the data base of pipeline transactions.
  • Attend client meetings with the head of BD to develop high quality client proposals.
  • Respond to RFI/ RFP in a timely manner.
  • Support business reviews, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast process, using pipeline analysis, data validation, and identify gaps and actions required.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare reports and presentation, handle changes in schedule.
  • Assist in the development of marketing and communications strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage coordination of marketing and communications campaigns/activities to leverage reach/results.
  • Determine overall marketing campaign ROI. Monitor and review the response rates in order to improve and take corrective measures (where applicable).
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, including but not limited to product development team to market new products and services.
  • Content creation for marketing use.
  • Manage website content creation and updates.
  • Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display)
  • Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms.
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns.


Talent Profile/Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Marketing, Business Communications or related fields from a recognized tertiary institution.
  • Minimum five year business experience in sales coordination or operations
  • Client centric service provider
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Strong versatile copyrighting skills
  • Good organisational, planning and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise as needed
  • Excellent at generating ideas
  • Efficient in Ms Words/ Excel/PowerPoint & Graphic software
  • Self-starter, motivated and with an eye for detail.

Skills/Competencies Prior experience working for a training company is a plus.
