Job Description & Requirements
- Support the Operations Manager/ Superior and other cleaning supervisors in all duties of the cleaning operation. Assist the Operations Manager/superior in coordinating, scheduling, and supervising cleaning site staff.
- Responsible for inspecting job sites for proper cleaning and inventory cleaning supplies.
- To attend to clients’ complaints promptly.
- To resolve problems efficiently without unnecessary delay.
- To be involved in the appointment of Supervisors and Cleaners
- Train, instruct, and supervise the work of Supervisors and Cleaners
- Ensure all works carried out by Supervisor and Cleaners as set out in their Job Descriptions are completed with due observation to appropriate Health & Safety requirements
- Able to be hands-on when the situation requires and any other responsibility assigned by superiors.
- Distribute advance and monthly salary to employees.
- Arrangements for some landscaping jobs such as grass cutting and outdoor cleaning
Job Requirement
- Initiative and keenness to learn
- Willing to work rotating shift
- Willing to work outdoors (some projects might include an outdoor environment)
- At least 6 years of experience in a related or cleaning supervisor role
- Willing to work in a stressful and fast-paced environment
