- Look through the physical files
- Sort out the documents to be trimmed and sent to the warehouse
- Retain those documents like the constitution, original certificate of incorporation etc., in the files
- If in doubt or if there are other documents which the temp staff is unable to identity à scan and email to the paralegal to follow up if the document needs to be trimmed and sent to warehouse or retain in the file to be taken to the new office
- Take steps to name the files appropriately before they are placed into the box to be sent to the warehouse
- To also compare the hard copy files against the client listing to identify lost clients or terminated clients
- Able to start immediately
