- Managing the commercial review of finance and transaction documents.
- Supporting on pricing and commercial negotiations.
- Liaising with legal counsels and transaction participants and management transaction logistics related to closing, conditions precedent and conditions subsequent with minimal supervision.
- Managing ongoing administration requirements.
- Administering opening and ongoing administration of bank and brokerage accounts.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar role.
- Tertiary or professional qualification or experience in relevant field.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders in parallel.
- Demonstratable ability to review finance and transaction documents.
- Legal or loans operations background.
- Team player, resilient, resourceful and results driven.
- Excellent proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
- Willingness to participate and support other engagements within the trust and fund administration function.
