- Review tender documents and the scope of work, then prepare tender submissions.
- Analyze client requirements and the scope of work to prepare quotations.
- Evaluate and compare products and services to make recommendations.
- Suggest alternative products as necessary.
- Develop technical specifications.
- Maintain and update supplier information, and coordinate on product ranges, pricing, delivery timelines, etc.
- Oversee project management and coordination.
- Assist with project documentation.
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
