We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our finance team and oversee the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and food & beverage industry experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle full functions of AR in finance department.
- Keep the account.
- Preparation of invoices for Franchise and encourage timely payment.
- Bank Reconciliation – AR.
- Handle Delivery platform disputes and cancel order
- Update Outlets sales figure in daily sales report.
- Prepare the GTO for landlord when request.
- Prepare monthly franchise billings.
- AR month-end closing.
- Filing & scanning of the invoices.
- Backup for AP and assist in Payment approval process when necessary.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
- Reports to General Manager & GlobalHead
Minimum Requirements
- LCCA or diploma with minimum 2 years working experience in F&B. Experience in QSR will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of book-keeping procedures, accounts receivable (a must).
- Well-versed in Microsoft office, POS (E-point) and Xero.
- Strict confidentiality in performing the duties
- Excellent communication in English and/or other languages
- Good team-player and independent worker
- Possess good working attitude
- Efficient, strong sense of initiative, reliable and self-motivated
