Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Overseeing the front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders. This includes hiring, training, and scheduling shifts.
- Customer Service: Ensuring high standards of customer service are met and addressing any guest concerns or complaints effectively.
- Operational Efficiency: Monitoring daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly, including service flow, food quality, and cleanliness.
- Inventory Control: Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper storage and handling of food and beverages.
- Financial Oversight: Assisting with budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting, as well as ensuring profitability through effective cost control.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring the restaurant adheres to health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Team Leadership: Motivating and leading the team, fostering a positive work environment, and conducting regular performance evaluations.
