- Position : Programme Manager (Health & Fitness/HWE/HPB) – Up to $5,000 – EAST
- Location : North East – Ubi
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9.30am - 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to Basic $5,000 + Bonus of Average 1 Month + 14 – 18 days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing health and fitness activities in workplaces for working adults
- Conduct regular venue visits/audits
- Content creation for festive/thematic activities
- Maintain close communication with stakeholders
- Ability to work with both in-house and external providers to ensure project success
- Monitor KPIs to ensure delivery of key project outcomes
- Generate monthly report for stakeholders
- Responsible for acknowledging messages in HWE group chat, triggering BAP cancellations and informing HPB after working hours
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution with at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Applicants who can start work immediately or at a short notice will have an advantage
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with associates who can only speak Mandarin
