Position Overview:
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive sales growth, and strengthen relationships with our clients. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence and achieving our vision of becoming the leading supplier of fresh and frozen food products in Singapore and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
2. Brand Management:
- Manage and strengthen the SK Traders brand identity to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, product descriptions, and promotional content.
- Ensure that all marketing activities align with the company’s vision and values.
3. Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Develop and execute customer loyalty programs and initiatives to drive repeat business.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve products and services.
4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize marketing efforts.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Qualifications:
- Diploma Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the food and beverage or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer trends.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
