Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the 3PL Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Engineering Manager to join their Engineering team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily assessible.
Responsibilities of Engineering Manager:
- Design and implement effective warehouse layouts and storage solutions.
- Lead and oversee warehouse projects from planning to execution.
- Select and manage the appropriate equipment for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate to optimize space utilization, streamline processes, and reduce costs.
- Analyze data to develop logistics strategies and improve productivity.
- Identify and validate storage solutions to boost capacity.
- Provide coaching and support to operational teams.
- Present and demonstrate process improvements to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Engineering
- Min 2 years of warehouse automation experience in managerial level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCad
