F&B Area Manager (Food Court)

• Working Day: Mon to Fri
• Location: HQ in Woodlands
• Salary: Basic S$ 4,000 - 4,800

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Operations Manager (OM) / General Manager (GM), the role will embark on an exciting journey as part of the Operations Team. In this role, individuals will be provided with opportunities to learn about the management of food courts and coffeeshops.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations

• Lead team to achieve sales targets and excellent outlet performance
• Maintain relationships with landlords, authorities, and stall tenants
• Market food stalls to tenants and collect rental

Financial Management

• Oversee financial and operational performance of designated outlets
• Establish business plans and provide regular performance reports
• Improve profitability

Quality and Service Standards

• Maintain quality and service standards
• Conduct regular checks on hygiene, service, and product quality

Team Management

• Develop employees through feedback and performance expectations
• Communicate company policies and procedures

Administration

• Review staff performance and recommend actions
• Prepare and submit monthly reports
• Ensure cost control

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in F&B, supply chain or related disciplines
• Relevant experience in Food courts operation
• Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Must possess Class 3 license
