Responsibilities:
- Daily roll call with employees to drive operations effectiveness and efficiency via cleanliness of the restaurant, accurate food order taking, servicing the customer, promotions etc
- Be fully knowledgeable with the restaurant operation and to efficiently manage the operation of all shifts
- Plan the weekly staff roster, rotate and schedule all staff for full coverage to maximize productivity
- Manage the sales revenue and operating expenses of the outlet, in accordance with the budget, so as to ensure cost optimization and minimize wastage
- Establish strong relationships with members, addressing all F&B complaints, requests, and inquiries promptly
- Overseeing day to day restaurant operations, including daily accounting and sales settlement
- Event planning and execution, work closely with kitchen crew to ensure food order is accurate and prompt during events service to ensure consistent exceeding of established standards and guest’s expectation.
- Attention to details, encouraging a culture of high standards throughout the team. High emphasis of customer service and management.
- To be knowledgeable in all service techniques and actively seek guest feedback and responding service issues accurately and efficiently in professional manner with a suitable service recovery.
- Perform up selling of all items offered by the Restaurant as well as offering alternatives
- Be knowledgeable to operate the existing POS system
- Handle guest enquiries and complaints in the outlet in a courteous and efficient manner and report to management ensuring that the follow-up is performed and completed with the guests
- Ensure that the opening and closing procedures established for the outlet are followed
- Supervise the implementation of plans to improve and standardize all aspects of operations
- Is respected as a talented and knowledgeable person in his/her area of responsibility
- Present bill upon request and processes payment
- To achieve the performance targets (revenue and profitability) of the outlets
What are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least 3 years relevant experience in Casual / Fine Dining / Event Execution and in fast-paced restaurant service in the same capacity
- Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
- A positive attitude with strong leadership and interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to high-pressure situations
