Responsibilities:
- Manages the Electrical, Instrument, and Telecom discipline within construction to ensure product quality and well-timed delivery to commissioning
- Works closely with the electrical design team to document project requirements and develop an electrical work plan for the electrical system and sub-systems construction, testing, and commissioning
- Studies electrical drawing related to cable ladder, cable tray, penetration, system layout drawing, single line drawing, and interconnection drawing
- Involves in electrical hot work fitting, cable termination, cable continuity check, megger test, and Atex inspection
- Creates work package by area or by subsystem
- Plans resources manpower, materials, facilities, and P6 scheduling
- Gives direction and assigns job to subordinates for job execution
- Prepares the work conditions for subordinates to work eg. Materials, facilities, etc
- Monitors progress in meeting the P6 schedule
- Applies Plan, Do, Check, Act methodology for all work activities
- Reports the daily work progress to EPCC
- Coordinates with Vendors, Sub-Contractors, and Engineering
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Electrical Engineer/ Marine Engineering or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 3 Years of relevant experience capacity of an Engineer in an FPSO project.
- Understand the construction schedule and analysis of the critical path
- Experience in managing Vendors and Sub-Contractors
- Able to handle projects independently
