DevOps Engineer with extensive experience on the AWS platform to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles, GitOps, and artifact promotion. You will work closely with our development teams to ensure the smooth deployment and operation of our applications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the infrastructure on AWS, using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles to ensure automation, reproducibility, and reliability.
- Implement GitOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and deployment strategies.
- Work closely with development teams to design and implement deployment models that promote reliable, scalable, and secure artifact promotion.
- Design and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure timely identification and resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure the necessary security and compliance standards are being met.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including infrastructure diagrams, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Continuously evaluate and improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of the infrastructure.
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in DevOps, AWS, IaC, GitOps and artifact promotion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Engineering, or Information management and
- Minimum 3 years of equivalent work experience
- Expertise in infrastructure design, implementation, and management on AWS, using IaC principles to ensure automation, reproducibility, and reliability.
- Expert knowledge of GitOps and CI/CD tools.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing deployment models for artifact promotion, including blue-green deployments and canary deployments.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of Linux/Unix/Docker/K8S systems administration
