- Position : Sports Facility Coordinator (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED) – Up to $3,500
- Location : North East – Ubi
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9.30am - 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to Basic $3,500 + Bonus of Average 1 Month + 14 – 18 days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in assigning instructors/facilitators for the company's various programs.
- Assign and confirm instructors/facilitators for programs based on the clients' various themes and objectives, selecting from the company pool of manpower.
- Source and build a new pool of Instructors/Facilitators actively for the programmes under your charge.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with instructors/facilitators across all related programs.
- Brief and disseminate information and SOPs to instructors/facilitators for various programs.
- Monitor the performance and discipline of instructors/facilitators, ensuring adherence to SOPs and the code of conduct.
- Track and maintain up-to-date records/logs of incidents or lapses at any events.
- Verify instructors'/ facilitators' log sheets at the beginning of each month for payment processing.
- Assist the Operations Manager or other program coordinators with any ad-hoc tasks as needed
Requirements:
- No experience required
- Minimum Diploma required
- Candidates with Sports Science Background will have an advantage
- Well versed with Microsoft Excel
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with associates who can only speak Mandarin
