• Frontline Service like attending to students, parents and walk-in visitors
• Handle calls and enquiries to the General Office from stakeholders such as parents, public, teachers and students • Accept Goods delivery to the reception counter on behalf of staff
General School Administration
• Preparation and verification of documents
• Reconciliation of accounts and data
• Data Entry duties
• Maintaining and updating of records
• Compilation of statistics
• Filing and typing of School’s documents
• Drafting of correspondences
• Perform any other duties assigned by School Leaders and Administration Managers
