- Contract Period: 6 months ( Convertible to perm)
- Monthly Salary: $2,500-$2,800
- Working Hours: 5 days
- Mon-Thu: 9am-6pm, Fri: 9am-5.30pm
- Work Location: Paya Lebar
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the administration of employee compensation packages, including salaries, and benefits.
- Processing benefits claims, and updating HR systems to reflect accurate employee compensation data.
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and other compensation matters.
- Assisting in the annual salary review and performance bonus processes.
- Update employee movements in the system and follow up with corresponding letters.
