Responsibilities:
• Handle customer sales inquiries ( phone, email or walk-in customers)
• Customer service at front desk
• Responsible for calling and SMS reminders to customers
• Responsible for cashier duties and accounts for transactions
• Responsible for administrative duties for the outlets
• Provide advice and guidance on products & package to customers
• Handling of other duties as assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
• Must be computer literate with good knowledge of MS office
• Pleasant and service oriented personality
• Must have good telephone etiquette
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Preferably with experience although training will be provided
• Singaporean & PR only
