Job scope:
you will ensure that policies and procedures related to employee relations comply with tripartite guidelines/advisories and employment regulations. You will collaborate with the team to establish a fair and robust framework for effectively managing employee grievances and disciplinary issues. Additionally, you will work with internal stakeholders to track and follow up on whistle-blowing cases for timely resolution and closure.
