Job Highlights:
- 6-months Maternity Contract
- Commence work from January 2025 to June 2025
- Up to $6,000/month + 0.5-month completion bonus
- Hybrid working arrangement (Jurong JTC MedTech)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting transaction, tax, reporting, budget, insurance and credit.
- Involved in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis to strategic planning in shaping the direction and strategies for the company.
- Responsible for financial operations of regional activities for different entities.
- Work closely with finance team to ensure the goals are stablished.
- Work with internal stakeholders for SEA, Japan
- Drive key imitative improvement projects & reporting standardization across region
- Oversee daily tasks to maintain workflow and team efficiency.
- Collaborate with colleagues on ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Act as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Participate in team meetings to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance / ACCA or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience in FP&A or similar function
- Ability to commence in Jan 2025 and commit for 6-months Contract
