Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and review company policies.
- Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations.
- Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
- Documents drafting, including letter or email.
- Support projects and co-ordinate Company activities as assigned.
- Maintain proper and timely filing system, both in shared folder and hardcopy.
- Liaise with Directors of the Group, and other department personnels on compliance related matters.
- Assist to carry out regular internal audits for ISO [9001:2015 / 14001:2015 / 45001: 2018] certifications.
- Provide regular updates for all ISO documents.
- Attend ISO/Fire Safety/Other Audits independently.
- Assist to prepare trademark registration/renewal related documents.
- Co-ordinate and conduct meetings, briefings, or trainings to staffs as and when needed for compliance related matters.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management, or a related field.
- Possess at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to details, organized, meticulous and independent.
- Advantageous for candidate who has relevant experience and or knowledge in ISO.
- Good written and spoken language skill.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Words.
