Responsibilities:
Manage social media profiles, focusing on Instagram & Tiktok
Create and schedule posts, stories, and other content.
Interact with followers, respond to comments, and build a vibrant online community.
Analyze metrics to optimize content strategy.
Requirements:
Some experience in social media content creation and management.
Knowledge of Instagram algorithms and trends.
Creative with good writing skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities
- Able to monitor, track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools bi-weekly and monthly, and thereafter suggest and implement immediate action steps where necessary.Develop social media strategies aligned with business goals together with the marketing manager.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.
- Conduct research and identify social media trends, insights, and best practices.Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Able to manage the social media calendar and ensure timely publication of content independently with minimal supervision.
- Build and nurture a community on social media platforms by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
- Create positive relationships with followers, influencers, and industry partners.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize content and improve engagement.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to create cohesive and compelling social media content.
- Able to communicate and coordinate with external partners, influencers, and agencies when necessary with supervision from manager.
- Able to convey content ideas clearly to the local team to share workload or if content needs to be taken on the ground.
