Our client is a Life Science Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow.
- Lead consolidation of financial data across entities, ensuring accuracy.
- Monitor and manage regional budgets, analyzing variances and recommending corrective measures.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure budgetary objectives are aligned with operational needs.
- Track financial performance against set budgets and forecasts.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, suggesting strategies to mitigate risks.
- Implement and monitor effective financial controls.
- Work with other departments to ensure financial goals support overall business objectives.
- Oversee the coordination of external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead, train, and develop a regional finance team.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Min Degree in accounting or equivalent
- Min 10 years’ relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ERP system is a bonus.
