Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the retail operations team, ensuring the smooth running of backend processes.
- Manage and maintain inventory records, ensuring stock levels are accurate and up-to-date in the system.
- Handle data entry for sales, orders, and product listings in the internal management system.
- Prepare and distribute operational reports, such as sales performance, stock levels, and vendor performance, to relevant departments.
- Assist in processing invoices and payments for suppliers, ensuring proper documentation and filing.
- Monitor and respond to customer service inquiries related to backend operations, such as product availability and shipping status.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for administrative and operational documents.
- Assist in coordinating retail promotions and special projects by providing operational support and liaising with external vendors.
Requirement:
- Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration / Retail Management or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in any administrative field
- Candidate with no experience are welcome to apply
- Good communication & Interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS office
