- Maintaning of company social media platforms.
- Handle customer enquiries via various channels.
- Data entry, including processing of inquiries, Quotations, and process Sales orders from customers.
- Work as part of our admin team to ensure customers the best possible experience on all fronts of the company.
- Check all POs from internal and external customers to ensure items, quantity, and amount are correct.
- Monitor inventory stock level.
- Manage customer order fulfilment plans for on-time delivery.
- Manage enquiries and feedback of our customers through email, website live chat service and phone calls.
