Job Description & Requirements:
We are seeking a dedicated ActiveSailing administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing Learn to Sail Programmes for all age groups, organising outreach workshops, roadshows, and public engagement activities. You will also provide CCA training for students and support regatta and event operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organise and support outreach workshops, roadshows, and public engagement activities
- To manage Learn to Sail programmes for all age groups and CCA training for students
- Assist with event regatta / event duties which include but are not limited to: race secretariat duties, race management, safety, etc.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Active Sailing

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Degree
- Proficient in IT skills, specifically with Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, and online video conferencing tools
- AED & First Aid certification is an added advantage
- Powered Pleasure Craft Driver’s Licence (PPCDL) is an added advantage
- CoachSG Level 1 certification is an added advantage
- Experience in Sailing, Windsurfing, or Double-Handed classes is an added advantage
