Job Title: Personnel Officer (Talent Management)
Working hours
- Mondays to Thursdays : 8.30 am to 6.00pm
- Fridays : 8.30 am to 5.30pm
- Saturdays : Day Off
- Lunch : 1 hour
Contract duration (start/end date) : Jan 2025 (1 year)
Minimum qualifications
Diploma / Degree - Salary ranges from $2,500 - $3,500 per month depending on qualification and relevant working experience.
Job scope :
• Monitor manpower situation and proactively plans for manpower support
• Engage both internal and external stakeholders on the deployment and secondment plans of SPF officers.
• Administration of Annual Security Declaration and related matters
• Administration of Employment Restriction policy and related matters
• Assist with system related HR functions
